Winemaking

Made from uniquevines situated in the Calatayud area, in Aragon, found at between 900 and 1,100 meters of altitude.

Ageing

Due to the terrain, these wines have never been treated in their lives, apart from some hand sewn suplhur. The alcoholic, and malolactic fermentions preceed the ageing process that all takes place in a 2000 litre Frenk Oak barrel previously used only once by the Ànima Negra winery.
