Bla, Bla, Bla
Mallorca
Premsal and Giró RosCreative and experiential
From the Premsal and Giró Ros vineyards in the magical area of Felanitx (Mallorca) comes Bla, Bla, Bla. These vines are planted in a soil called "call vermell" – a name given to the reddish clay-loam soils rich in iron oxide and old vineyards – which gives this wine great expression. It has low yields and an extremely rigorous selection to undergo medium aging while maintaining all its freshness.
Bla, Bla, Bla is a wine that captures Mediterranean expression and invites you on a journey of landscape, climate, and balance.
A white wine directly linked to a generation seeking experiences, adventures, and above all, enjoying life. Fresh, balanced, and with character, this original white accompanies unique moments, those where time stops, and words are unnecessary because everything you need to say is already in the glass.
To make this journey even more special, the cartoonist and screenwriter Pere Joan, with his groundbreaking and fun style, immerses us in an everyday universe full of surprises, where each stroke of the label is a nod to the unexpected, to what makes us smile.
Muac!
Mallorca
Callet, Mantonegro-Fogoneu, and Cabernet SauvignonThe authenticity of the Mediterranean
In the heart of southeast Mallorca, Muac! is born, a surprising wine that captures the essence of the Mediterranean island in every sip. Fresh and elegant, this red wine reflects the Mallorcan landscape, where the sea breeze and the sun influence every vineyard.
Made primarily with Callet (70%), Mantonegro and Fogoneu (20%), and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) from 20-year-old vineyards, its grapes are hand-harvested in small selected boxes and subjected to a meticulous winemaking process and subsequent aging.
But Muac! is more than just a wine; it’s a story that begins with its bold design and continues with the sensory journey it offers. Pere Joan, the famous Mallorcan cartoonist, has put his personal stamp on the image of this wine. His style, which broke the classic comic mold, transports us to everyday scenes in a fresh, fun, and totally innovative way. Each label and every visual detail of Muac! is designed to capture the essence of youth, freedom, and limitless enjoyment.
Castell de Santueri Red
Mallorca
Callet, Mantonegro & Cabernet Sauvignon.Personality & mediterranean elegance
At the beginning of the twentieth century Ernest Mestre managed and inspired a project to start up the “Cellar Cooperative” of Felanitx (Mallorca) fruit of the important collaboration between many of the local population. This project survived up until the end of the eighties, when the lack of rejuvenating projects and bad management put into ruin the winery once more.
The emblematic building is situated on the outskirts of Felanitx, waiting for a new life, that doesn´t arrive, reminding us daily of our past history. Precisely from one of the vineyards belonging to the old “Cellar Cooperative” are born new projects like that of the Terra de Falanis winery that keeps backing the indigenous grape varieties.
Castell de Santueri Red comes from the Balearic Islands. Made from the the grape varieties Callet, Mantonegro & Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes being hand picked into small crates, selected and put through a meticulous vinification process and subsequent ageing for 6 months in French and American oak barriques.
In a still glass, it is a wine that on the nose shows aromas of black fruits and spicey tones. Suprisingly lively red fruit freshness appears on moving the glass, giving great complexity. On the palate it is fresh, easy drinking, with very well integrated tannins & flavours that remind you of candied fruits and mediterranean wild herbs. A very gastronomic wine.
GTX
Calatayud
GrenacheA pirate wine, but very legal
No grape variety, no origin, no vintage… it is like it denominates itself this wine that was born with the aspiration to be enjoyed for what it is. A wine born from the union of friends, in the setting of old vines with a purpose: To achieve a wine with stronger emotions than the norm, routine and establishment. That is how (GTX)*, an old vine Garnacha, untamed, wild, hot, profound and above all soulful was born.
The story began during a conversation between one of the members of the Mallorcan winery Ànima Negra and a winery owning friend in Penedès. In this chat he said that he had some very old vines in the Calatatyud (Aragón) region, at an altitude of between 900 & 1,100 metres, with differing orientations from which he had never made a single wine. The singularity of the countryside, the richness of the soils, the old vine Garnachas (GTX)* co-inhabiting with the aromatic herbs, the extreme gradients that are so difficult to access…. Form the perfect paradise to be able to think about elaborating something truly unique under the Terra de Falanis umbrella.
From there was born (GTX)*, a wine made from emotions, for love of the work and sustainable nature, for passion of a life and for the determination to transmit a truth. The price to pay was to lose any quality categorisation for the wine as it was decided to transport the grapes from the vineyard to a winery in the Penedès area to be elaborated there in a 2000 litre French oak cask of the bodega Ànima Negra only used once before where it was aged for over a year.
The result is a very distictive wine, wild yet delicate at the same time, rustic yet elegant, structured and suprising… A wine with personality, an overwhelming personality that is impossible not to like, a rule breaker but with the ideas very clear. A wine that transmits everything you need to know for those that try it. Why does everything have to be said with words afterall?
We believe that these details are enough to get enjoyment from (GTX)*, a wine unprotected of information but absolutley full of arguments to exist and to be enjoyed.
Llenca Plana
Montsant
Carignane & GrenachePrecise balance between innovation and tradition
The name Llenca Plana originates from the name of the vineyard where the wine comes from referring to the flat stone that characterises the land where the vines are found.
It is a wine of great validity based on the indigenous grape varieties of the Serra d´Almos area of Montsant.
A complex wine, full bodied with concentrtated fruit notes on the nose that explode on the palate with a fresh, rich and dynamic combination. With an interesting finish, this wine provokes a challenge for those who dare to identify the plethora of nuances that it beholds.
Along with the precise balance between innovation & tradition, the vines that produce the Llenca Plana are sourrounded by olive and cherry trees that transmit unique characteristics for those who know how to value exceptionality.
Vines that are found in a priviliged location that furthermore benefit from a mediterranean climate. The conditions of the land are ideal for the development of the Carignane grape, that being 70% of the blend, forms the fundamental pillar of this unique wine. 30% of Grenache is the perfect enhancement offering the balanced acidity.
Castell de Santueri White
Mallorca
Premsal & CalletA castle with Mediterranean influence
During the Nineteenth Century a lager number of small wineries in the urban centre of Felanitx and surrounding area formed the base of wine production in the region.
Unfortunately with the arrival of Phyloxera it put an end to all that activity, taking with it all the vines and crops with their origin there from one of the finest quality regions of all the Balearic Islands. It wasn´t until the beginning of the twentieth century that Ernest Mestre oversaw and inspired a project to start the “Cellar Cooperative” of Felanitx, the fruit of the important collaboration of much of the population. This project survived until the end of the eighties, when the lack of rejuvenation projects and bad administrational management ruined once more the wineries.
The emblematic building is situated on the outskirts of Felanitx, waiting for a new life, that hasn´t arrived yet, reminding us daily of our past history. Precisely from one of the vineyards belonging to the old “Cellar Cooperative” are born new projects like that of the Terra de Falanis winery that keeps backing the indigenous grape varieties.
One of these wines is the Castell de Santueri White. A white wine with character, fresh and balanced that transfers the palate to the countryside and climate of the mediterranean island of Mallorca.
The result is a wine with subtle fruit aromas, reminding us of wild herbs and spicy tones. On the palate it is elegant, balanced and fresh with a distinctive character of the area where it comes from.
Tutum Ba
Cava
Xarel·lo, Parellada & Macabeu.Purity & sensitivity
As is habitual in the creations of the Terra de Falanis project, the authenticity, the purity and the sensitivity are the three core fundamental factors in their wines. On this occasion it was not going to be different. Tutum Ba the cava made by the winery, is a wine that follows the premise of its brothers and sisters: Indigenous grape varieties, purity in its elaboration, mediterranean influence & sensitivity in all its subtle nuances.
It is made from three different grape varieties from two geographical areas: Xarel-lo from old vines in Penedés, and the Macabeo & Parellada from vines at over 600 metres of altitude in Conca de Barberà.
Vinified separately and the blend is done before the second fermentation in bottle, according to the traditional Champagne method, followed by the ageing process in the same bottle (lees ageing) for a mínimum of 22 months.
Tutum Ba is a subtle wine, elegant, precise and pure. You can find aromas of white flowers and nuances of dried fruits. The bubble is very fine and the flow continuous, classic characteristics of the best top cavas.
On the palate it is very fine, elegant, with good acidity that balances its powerful structure with a slightly salty finish as found in Mediterranean wines.
